Structure of the CS 21.x:
The machine is built as shown in the drawings no. 960C01-0003 and 980C00-0148  Up and down movement of the drill head, is a function of an eccentric rod, with a length of stroke on 30 mm, The eccentric is driven by a 1.1 Kw inverter regulated worm-gearmotor.
The Die is placed on two horisontal carrying axles ( diameter 70 mm ),on which there are mounted four pices of step polleies.
One DC – servo-operated gearmotor turn the Die in x – direction and one DC – servo-operated gearmotor move the Die in Z – direction.
The CS 21.x is full automatic action by a PLC controller with a special developed program.
The Die table and trolley are supported by four spindle-gear, with a 2.2 Kw motor.


Tecnical specification:

*       CS 21.x is made in a craftmanlike high quality.

*       CS 21.x is surface treatment with a priming colour, and afterwards spray painted with a two-part enamel.

*       CS 21.x is full automatic action

*       CS 21.x have several central places for lubrication

*       CS 21.x is provided with an automatic position adjusting of the row

*       CS 21.x stops automatically if any fault accure in the working cyclus

All types of ring Dies can be countersinked by CS 21.x, anyhow with the folloving limits:
A – Inside diameter   min.     =    500 mm
B – Angle of the countersunk hole        X   =    60 – 120 degrees
C – Diameter of the hole   max.    =    10 mm
D – Dies with circular holes
E – Distance between the holes have to be the same all over the rows
F – Distance between the rows have to be the same all over the Die
G – Weight of the Die   max.    =   2000 Kg
H – Width of the Die   max.    =     700 mm
I –  Width of the perforated surface max.    =     500 mm

Programming of data:

*       Number of rows

*       Distance between the rows in 1/100 mm or 1/100 inches

*       Number of holes / row

*       Outside diameter in mm or inches

*       Diameter of the carrying step polleies

*       Correction size ( minimum + / - 1/100 mm )

*       Number of holes for inspection of the drill

*       Size of the hole ( value bigger than 3 lead to a delay for the x-axis rotation start)

 

Installation of the CS 21.x:
The countersinker CS 21.x can be mounted on a horizontal stabil floor, and special foundation is not necessary. The machine have to be adjusted in level by the anti vibration pads.
